Vintage Lakefront Home in Historic Van Buren Point

The home is as described/pictured. It is very welcoming and comfortable. It is very nicely decorated and maintained. It has everything you would need and then some. There is plenty of space inside and out. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to surrounding towns. Communication with the owner was quick before, during and after booking. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The board games and coloring supplies were a favorite of ours!

This is a great place for a family, had everything you could need and more. Beautiful view, comfortable beds, we enjoyed use of the bikes, and the fire pit. Planning on returning!

Very comfortable and beautiful place that we go back to each spring. Thoughtfully arranged with good dishes, cookware, towels, beds, grill and shower for a relaxing stay.

We were in the area to attend our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house was perfect for our family. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice selection of games and my son and his friend loved the tandem bike! The view was amazing, I can only imagine how nice it would be in warmer weather.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It has a beautiful view out over Lake Erie in a quiet little neighborhood. You wake up in the morning to the gulls calling and the waves crashing on the beach. Lauren was an excellent host. The house was well stocked with everything you could wish for.
